  A valid credit card or debit card is required to reserve your reservation. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to hold your reservation. Once we confirm your booking date and time. A payment arrangement can be made to pay the remaining balance. Or the remaining funds will be due the day of your party before gaming begins. Debit or credit only will be accepted. Additional time will cost per hour pending package and availability. Holidays prices and time are subject to change. PRIVACY POLICY: Gamer Addix is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. TRAVEL SURCHARGE: Our primary service area is a 25-mile radius from Concord,Nc (Zip 28027) We also service a “secondary” area outside our primary area. But must add a fuel surcharge fee of $100 when we travel 25-30 miles to the secondary area and $125 surcharge fee for 30-35 miles. For events outside of the 35 _mile radius, call 980.866.8981 for pricing. BAD WEATHER: The Gamer Addix Bus was designed for all types of weather conditions. The theater is insulated and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains, snow or ice) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated snow storm or other strong weather event) please contact us to begin the rescheduling. SUPERVISED CHILDREN: Gamer Addix Game Bus does require a parent or responsible adult to be present  inside or just outside of the bus at all times. Guests under the age of 10 require a parent or guardian be on property and within contact of the game coach should a need to contact them arise.
